today i want to share a project i did altering a solo shadowbox tray in white from 7gypsies. shadowboxes are really great to use specially when you like to add chunky objects in to your project just like the birdhouse i use here. i aslo use dusty attic lamp post and word chippies, kaiser craft wooden frame, prima and maya road  flowers and some metal trinkets i bought from the mall.  

"Pretty in Pink" challenge

hi everyone!! here is a layout i made for Berry71Bleu "pretty in pink" challenge for the month of july. the requirements are to use colors pink, green, white, off-whites, cream, gold and nude/brown/rust. to use fabric (vintage lace, ribbon, velvet) and lastly is to have a written journal.

Something In Common

today i want to share a layout using photos of my kids having their favorite drink (soya milk). i just love the smile on their faces, really priceless!!!

ATC SWAP

more fun in Philipines is our theme for this atc swap. my inspiration? masskara festival which takes place in Bacolod City. 20 days of merry making from October 1 to October 20.

smiling mask is a symbol to show the happy spirit of the people in Negros despite experiencing bad times in the sugar idustry.

WHAT'S UP

here is a layout i made of my son posing for the camera. i just could not get any normal smiling picture from this boy. he just makes me laugh.

on this layout i use the new What's up collection form BasicGrey, Dusty Attic chippie, Hey Kessy washi tape and Prima flowers. i also added some light molding paste for the clouds.

junk journal swap

this is a journal i made for Bessie Del Rosario for our journal swap.

i used canvas and burlap for the cover. i applied gesso fiirst, spray some mist and used black utee for the for the edges.

here are some of the pages inside the journal..... i didn't put much embellishment inside the journal so Bessie can decorate it by herself

New Layouts

today i would like to share 2 layouts i made using kits from Iris Babao Uy etsy shop. i must say,  it is really easier to finish a layout when you already have everything you need infront of you.
