mixed media card

Hi everyone!!! Ime here to share a mixed media card I created for our challenge this month.   Watch out for a photo tutorial on how I did the flowers.

Here is the card.

Love how the handmade flower went well together with all the embellishment I used.  First I layered some papers added some gauze then hot glued the flowers on top. Then I added the wooden leaves and a chipboard tag underneath the flower. Lastly I hot glued the altered wooden butterfly and chipboard sentiment.

Here  are some close ups.

For this wooden butterfly I first dabbed distress stain over it added glue then sprinkled distress dry glitter over it.

For the word adorable, I inked it first with versamark and added pink embossing powder then I heat set and while it was still hot I sprinkled blue embossing powder on some areas.

Just love the texture on this butterfly.
